Account Deletion

We are sorry to see you go. If you want to delete your Taxlitas account and associated data, please follow the steps below. Deleting your account will remove your personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to vilcastudioapp@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account to help us locate your data. vilcastudioapp@gmail.com
  2. We will reply within 3 business days with confirmation and may request additional information to verify your identity.
  3. Once verified, we will schedule deletion and inform you when it is complete.

What is deleted

We will delete your profile information, uploaded documents, transaction data, and any other personal data associated with your account.
